He went through the NC Department of Health and Human Services' (DHHS) "literature review" and listed its shortcomings. He also invited NC Department of Environmental Quality'S (DEQ)Secretary Michael Regan out for a tour of the Anderson Community.
So far, Secretary Regan has not been out for a tour of the Anderson Community.
